The purpose of this research is to advance intra-individual methods of assessment. The person is viewed through an idiographic lens which allows for the intricacies of the human experience to manifest while also satisfying the requirements of evidence-based research. This poster briefly describes Integrated Social Learning Theory; a theoretical framework developed to usefully examine idiographic measurement for the social sciences. The research is situated within the context of dynamic assessment, a psycho-educational approach to maximising learning potential in the individual. The methodology described has potential for use in other areas where the focus is idiographic and where an evaluation of intra-individual change is of interest. The subsequent suite of research tools is described below. The development of a user-ready toolkit is underway.
